Background - I am the legally appointed Personal representative for the estate of xxxxxxxxxx (deceased) who is my wife's father. xxxxx died without a will and my wife is the surviving child (no spouse). I closed the checking and savings yesterday and my data packet, death cert including legal letters from the probate court in xxxxxxx was scanned and emailed to IRA Brokage yesterday. In speaking with the Beneficiary Claim Process person, I was not able to clearly communicate my purpose. I was told 7 to 10 business days for "someone" to get back to me. I asked to escalate to management and was told 72 hrs for a call back. I called again today and spoke with "Dennison" who provided no further information. My concern is waiting another week and a half to be told to resubmit documentation and then wait an unknown amount of time to submit additional documentation when I have already provided the necessary documents. Can you provide a point of contact with authority to answer my questions?

The bank is never here to answer complaints. They are racial against women and whites. They fire people on medical leaves and torcher there employess and familiest to slience they threaten them.
