Service manager dented to do notary due to maiden name being on legal form. Claimed Texas law. Confirmed with another notary and state of Texas that the notary was incorrect. Made complaint to state about notary and when trying to make a complaint to branch manager, service manager who dented me the service refused to allow me to speak to branch manager. Horrible service and lying to customers is clearly her way of handling situations. I will be making more complaints and seeing to no one else being lied to by this woman, Irma Lambert
